Iona Bar Scottish Session – Brooklyn, NY
Iona is the only Scottish focused traditional music session in New York City. Drawing heavily from the pipes and fiddle repertoire of Scotland, Shetland and the Hebrides, Cape Breton Island and Donegal, we play a great variety of traditional and modern tunes.

Scottish, Irish, Cape Breton & Galician Session – Seattle, WA
We host a monthly SSP session at our home in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. In addition to SSPs, we have guitar, fiddle, and sometimes harp and singers. We play mostly Scottish tunes, but with some Irish, Cape Breton and Galician thrown into the mix. We generally meet on the 2nd Monday of the month.

Scottish Session Music Pacific NW
A group of musicians playing traditional Scottish Session music jams in the Pacific NW of the United States.
We play lots of Strathspeys & reels, jigs and hornpipes – lots based on classic piping tunes, but also many fiddle tunes as well. Gaelic singers have joined in on occasion.

A Scottish Smallpipe Session is held the third Sunday afternoon of every month (2pm to 4pm) at the Summit School in Montpelier with a $3 per person charge.
